That depends, is it 15W per channel PEAK or RMS? Most name-brand head units boast 40-50W per channel but thats peak and they are only 15-20W RMS. If it has RCA outs and you use an amp it really doesn't matter. But for $129 there is a good chance it IS a piece of crap.

It looked very very basic. But if it works well, it'd be a heck of a deal!
