Yeah, some people just suck like that. There's no accounting for taste.

Good job on the upgrades. I bought a 20D, a EF 17-40L F4 and a EF 70-200L F4 a few months ago, and I love my setup.

Are you big into macro photography? I should get that lens too. I'm also thinking of getting the EF 135L F2, since that lens is supposed to be just superb.

Primes are where it's at. I have some zooms, but mostly primes. Mostly.

I bought a 17-85IS and just ebayed my 28-135IS. IMO, it's a much more useful range and the upgrade cost me ~$150 total. Now, I need to save for a 70-300DO and that combined with my 10-22 makes a pretty sick all-around range for vacationing and backpacking. 10-300mm with three relatively small and light lenses is pretty sweet.

that macro lens is awesome. you should enjoy it. check out my photoblog: i took most of my macro shots with a sigma 50mm EX DG macro lens. so nice
