In-Ceiling Speakers Erratic Behaviour

Hi,

I have installed in-ceiling speakers in my family room, connected to my Yamaha receiver. Whenever I play music through Plex on my speakers (via the Plex interface on my Samsung Smart TV), the speakers start blaring the music louder than the set volume and the audio quality is very bad. This problem goes away when I press stop and play the song again. The next couple of songs on the playlist play fine but then in the 3rd or 4th song the blaring and bad quality starts again. It does not happen every time and is very erratic in nature.

Can anyone provide any insights as to what the problem could be?

sounds to me like an app problem... Maybe check for an updated version?

Try Plex from another device if you can. Even a laptop connected to your AVR with a plex client can work.
