There is a service called Background Intelligent Transfer Service, it uses idle network bandwith to copy files so if your on a network and your copying files from one place to another that annoying little paper flying into the folder thing doesnt pop up and your system bandwith isnt hogged, it will just use idle bandwith so it wont interupt your neffing.

I set mine up to automatic



oh btw if you dont know how to turn it on, right click on Mycomputer and goto Manage, the goto the services category and find the BITS Service you can start it from there and even turn it on to automatic so its starts at bootup.

microsoft knows better than to interfer with a (wo)man's neffing....
