Oh yeah, social healthcare has it's benefits. It's great for everyday use and as you said, you don't have to worry about coverage. The problem is there are good things about our healthcare also. There needs to really be some sort of happy medium between the two.
We don't have to worry about where we go if we choose a PPO. The HMO is the insurance where you have to go to a specific doctor or hospital - called a network. With a PPO, you do not have a network provider, you choose who and where you go to. The problem though is that nothing is regulated and can cost a insane amount of money for something very basic. Of course, insurance picks up the tab, but a lot of people do not have quality insurance and they foot a good part of bill.
