Don't forget the tires!
It's pulley, intake, intercooler, tune, tires, custom exhaust for sure. It looks like there are different wheels on it, and the brakes look different as well (an upgrade over the already enormous CTS-V brakes can't be cheap). Also, the blacked out chrome and other subtle appearance things. You'll hit 14k in a hurry.
