There would be no such thing as government.

Each human would be born with a fixed set of rules.

Humans could not be afflicted with disease.

Humans would successfully implement frame spider silk to assist in the body's protection.

Livestock had the ability to instantly kill themselves painlessly when humans wished them to.

Computers would be ultra fast!

Myopia would not progress when too much time is spent in front of a monitor.

Humans would be limited to a certain number of children depending on their surroundings.

Homosexuality would not exist (sorry, guys).

Pets would be ultra cutified.

Laundry and dishes would wash themselves.

Instant personal transportation.

Humans get telekinetic abilities, but only when linked together (useful for moving big stuff).

During sleep, the body would stimulate itself (you pervs) to make up for the lower level of fitness due to transportation.

But if everyone was beautiful, wouldn't that defeat the purpose of super hot girls? A girl is beautiful if she stands out from all the other 'OK looking' girls. But if none of them stands out, then they'll all be just 'OK looking', and it would be a boring, bland world.

Actually, I was thinking that with the lack of government, the rules would make up for what the government should enforce - i.e. no murder, theft, rape, etc.

And, some rules would be more lenient than others, so guys would not be severely handicapped when their partners ask them if an article of clothing makes their ass look fat...
