The GOP primary for Governor in Kansas is still too close to call with less than 200 votes separating the leaders. The man currently on top is none other than Kris Kobach the king of the voter fraud scam. BTW as the Secretary of State he has refused to recuse himself from the inevitable recount since no law specifically requires it.

The interesting thing about this is the number of comments to the linked article that mention Obama and Hillary and democrats. The radical fringe is freaking out and blaming people not even involved. BTW Kansas is a closed primary state.

Here are a few:

"WWOD? What would Obama Do? Direct his impartial DOJ and Attorney General Eric Holder to make sure the election favored the Democrats. "

"The democrap party needs some faked up ballots pronto!"

"As we all know, Democrats recount until they win. Magical votes just appear out of nowhere. Anybody from Seattle during the Dino Rossi election knows this all too painfully well."

Don't worry we'll give him another chance to get beaten in the congressional this campaign. The two democrats in the primary pulled more votes than he did combined. I'm glad the Dems finally got rid of the caucuses, it's all out there transparently to see.:)

One can only hope, not sure Kansas can survive 4-8 years of Kobach after 8 years of Brownback.

Shit is getting real and quickly in Kansas:

Kansas Gov. Jeff Colyer is calling on Secretary of State Kris Kobach to stop advising county election officials while their tight Republican primary race remains unsettled.

Colyer sent Kobach a letter Thursday that accuses him of giving county election officials guidance that is “inconsistent with Kansas law” about handling mailed-in and other ballots.

Colyer said in the letter that Kobach should have Attorney General Derek Schmidt, a fellow Republican, provide advice to county election officials instead.

Kobach led Colyer by 91 votes out of 311,000 following their hotly-contested primary election Tuesday. Some absentee and other ballots remain to be counted.

Colyer released the letter after his campaign announced that it had set up a “voting integrity hotline” and his spokesman said it had fielded “countless” complaints about problems.

Kobach’s spokeswoman was not available by phone and did not immediately respond to a text message seeking comment.

Are republicans yet tired of the irony that a man charged with leading a proven fake "investigation" into voter fraud is now both the subject of a tight recount and also unethically attempting to manage that same recount?

Interesting Times!

After his performance at trial just a few weeks ago and all that that entailed, I can't believe that a buffoon like Kris Kobach can get anywhere near that many votes for any elected position at all. For Kobach, "election integrity" and "faith in the election system" seem to only apply when Democrats are being excluded.

The same folks who vote for Trump love Kobach its as simple as that. They don't care about actual competence just that someone says what they want to hear, blames the other guy, and offers "solutions" that can fit on a bumper sticker to all their problems.

BTW it isn't his fault he lost in court. As we all know the courts are full of dirty liberal judges who value illegals over real americans so the deck was stacked against this lion of liberty.

At what point will people in places like Kansas realize that Conservatism doesn't work? Do they not compare themselves to other states?

Kansas is a classic example of using social conservatism as a lever to get people to for the GOP so they can be fucked over economically. Also the retard wing of the GOP spent a good decade taking over all aspects of the party from the top to the precinct level and turning out their voters during primaries.

Kobach is only the tip of the iceberg in Kansas politics, he is smart and knows he is full of bull shit. Look up Mary Pilcher-Cook, she a true believer and scary as hell.

The GOP on the local level seems to me a mess. Its horrible here in AZ. The GOP is tearing apart their own in ads all over the place. Pretty sad.
