#2: McCain isn't a moderate

He is one of the more moderate republicans currently in Congress. Disagree?

Edit

By the way, if you're going to change parties, at least learn to spell the name of your party. "Libertarian"

PS, This definitely belong in P&N. It's not news but it's definitely politics. And thus, P&N

Frist is a fvcking jerkoff!

I'd take McCain in a heartbeat over many on both sides!!!

I would also like to see someone like Bill Richardson to give it a go on the Dem side.

We need a budget balancing moderate. McCain might be a little trigger happy, so I would, at least at this point, rather see Richardson or the likes.

Again, Frist is a fvcking jerkoff!!! Tennessee already sucked...now it sucks worse!!

Thats great you feel that way, but that wasnt what this thread was about. This is kind of one of those hypothetical ones, you know, the ones where speculation can happen between the two choices. . .

game on.

Well, even Mr McOwen would be considered a moderate if he joined some political parties :p

Everything is relative. :)

That said, I rather like McCain

I would certainly put both in the Administration.

McCain for his pure experience and Obama because he is fresh and diverse appeal.
