q6600 or q8200...
but without overclock these CPUs are not really what I would call good for some of the current games, and overclocking a quad core with your MB is not a good idea (the chipset is already overclocked at FSB 333, which is the default for the q8200, and the q6600 uses to much power for a basic MB),
