Impulse buy of a Dell DJ 5gb today, did I make a wise choice?

So I'm starting new job Monday (well, going back to my old job actually), and I ride the train to work. I wanted something to listen to on the train. So this morning I ordered a 5gb Dell DJ from dell.com. It seemed to have good reviews, and the price was right, so I made the buy. Just wondering if I made a wise choice in this price range? Opinions on this player? The other consideration in this price range was the Zen Micro 4Gb. It's 1gb less, but has an FM tuner. I can still cancel the dell order.
 
I just bought Zen Micro 5G this past Friday and love it. Ended up paying $169.00 plus tax for it. Having crossed over from Dell DJ 15G the learning curve was virtually non-existent since Creative OEM of all Dell jukeboxes and their interfaces are vitually identical.
 
If you are asking us, you are having doubts about your purchase. If you loved your purchase, you would be hooting and hollering about it. I say return it now or you will regret it. My impulse buy was a Zen Touch 40gb.

Because I have a creative and I visit their forums, I have read that the jack plug in keeps breaking because it is molded. I have heard of other problems, so check with forums.creative.com before purchasing.

You should have looked into the H10 before picking up the Dell 5Gb.
 
Pricewise or what? There were some Dell coupons floating around for purchaes of the Dell DJ - hope you used one of those. (If they applied)

You should have been able to get the 20gb for around $170...so I hope you didn't spend anywhere near that for the 5gb.
 
I paid 179 for it. The coupon I found was for 179 with free shipping. I'm just wondering how happy people are that have used them. I just ordered it, so I don't have the player yet.
 
OK after some searching and coupons I managed to get a 30gb Dell DJ with a clear case for only slightly more than I paid for the 5gb model.
 
As much as I despise Apple for various reasons, there's a part of me that wants an iPod Mini... and I usually recommend iPods to non-tech savvy people... if only Creative, or some other non-retarded vendor would make a sexy, sleek mp3 player. 🙁
I say cancel your order... good deals on Dell products are always right around the proverbial corner, so if you decide later you still want it, it won't be hard to get.
 
I think this was a pretty good deal. I used three coupons for it. A 30gb for a bit more than I was going to pay for the 5gb is pretty damn good. Even got wife support on the little extra I spent.
