Improving your resume

Kill the references available on request, it is sort of passe and pretty obvious. If they want references they will ask for them, they don't need to be reminded on your resume.

Personally I think that people who have already held some jobs need to place the experience first and the education on bottom.
For my resume I have my skills first, followed by work and my Education last.
Again, personal opinion, if you were right out of school with no experience then I think it would be wise to put education up top

looks good. just an idea though, you might want to put some info about yourself. like 'personality' type things. harworking, attention to detail etc
