Probably not worth the time and or effort. I would imagine there are programs that "clean up" bad sound tracks but I'm not sure if it is mainstream consumer type stuff. Just try to find higher quality versions.

If you're trying to clean up some hiss or background "noise", you can use a sound editor, like Goldwave, to clean it up. Just rip the track to .wav and then use the editor to clean it up. It won't actually improve the sound itself, but it will remove the annoying background noise.
