I have an Antec KS-280 case with a 92mm antec fan in the front, but it seems like the front bezel is limited the amount of air that the fan can suck in. Does anyone know how to remove it? I took a look at it, and it seems like it's permanently attached to the metal case. I would rather cut a whole out of the plastic, but I don't have the tools or the know-how to do so. Also...the 92mm antec fan seems pretty loud; it's spec'ed at 33dBA. Would you recommend buying a quieter fan (if so what model?) or trying to reduce the voltage powering the fan?
I'm also planning on replacing the exhaust fan in the antec power supply...what should I use for that?
And any ideas on how to mount a rear exhaust fan? The KS-280 doesn't come with any built-in mounts...
According to the thermistor on my BH6, the case temps are usually 20°F over ambient...so usually 85-95°F inside the case...
any other easy mods i can do to this case?
thanks!
