Improving in 3dsmax

Hi guys,

I've been wanting to improve my 3dsmax skills for sometime. What sites would you recommend for forums and tutorials. What books do you think are particularly good and easy to understand?

I learned a bunch from the forums at highend3d.com back when I was learning Maya.

I usually learn from European magazines such as 3D World magazine there are a lot of tutors for any 3d apps.

Go into the bookstore of any good local community college.
The later versions of max come with tutorials on the DVD
Vers. 9 (full) comes on a 3.88GB DVD
