Improved Cooling!

I just purchased a new FIC vC19 Motherboard along with Celeron 2.0, and 2 case fans.

My Case and CPU temps are in the 26-30 degrees range! I am obtaining these readings from BIOS!

It seems a little too cool compared to my P4XEMVP M/B (XFS).

Do these Temps sound correct?

Yes, for an overclocked P4, my temps are just a couple of degrees more.

your case temps should be around 26-30 deg C, but your CPU temps should be about 10 deg C higher than that.
