improper renders

Recently, my computer hasn't been rendering models properly in games. The games that I've seen this occur in are UTK2004, WoW and STALKER: Shadow Of Chernobyl. I haven't seen it in any other games because these are mainly the games that I play. I've rolled back my video drivers, updated to the latest, I've even installed SP2 to see if anything would change, and it hasn't. I'm not sure if this is an indication of a dying video card or what. But when it occurs, I can make it go away by just alt+tabbing. This happens intermittently, and unpredictably. My video card temperature is usually between 55C-60C under load. I am also not overclocking anything, everything is at stock. It's as if the textures/models are stretched. I've provided links to screenshots below. If anyone has any information, please reply. As you can see it's quite annoying and can sometimes make gameplay impossible.
