Impreza Outback?

My roommate and I saw a Subaru Impreza wagon yesterday and one of the badges said "Outback". I'm assuming that's a trim level, because it's not on all Impreza wagons. Before I'd only seen it on older Imprezas though. I thought they made it a model name only with the Legacy wagon...

 

The outback is the legacy with a bunch of options and a different suspension.
The impreza outback sport is and impreza ts with two tone paint, aluminum rims, a higher sitting suspension, and a couple other add-ons.

We also definitley saw the shittiest ricers i've ever seen in my life last night - and this coming from a nub who likes rice. There was a WRX with a stupid looking exhaust pipe on it, but other than that i think it's safe to say my 115hp civic could beat all their terrible cars.

Yeah Impreza Outback Sports, they are fun little cars Used to have a 99 OBS until I totaled it in Dec.

I would consider getting an XT except for the gas mileage that they get. Right now I'm thinking the 05 Legacy if I can find a nice lab job.

 

The forrester is definatly nice. The XT is great, but does require premium gas, and a heavy foot will burn it quickly.

It was too large for my needs though.

lol! Your 115hp civic could NOT beat a WRX. It comes stock with a turboed 2.0 pushing 227hp to the wheels. And a 5.4 second 0-60 would blow your little honda away without even hesitating. My friend has one, fast as hell!
