haha...well I was being sarcastic in my first post (I thought that was obvious that it was 2 people)..but you're right..seems to be one skilled individual 🙂
 
She appears to be using some kind of frame under her robes that she's maniluating wih her hands (which are also hidden under the robes.) Notice her hands don't come unclasped. The frame maintains her body's outline as she bends over into ther fake hands.

That's my explanation and I'm sticking to it 🙂
