well i got it in the mail recently... been wearing it to school for the past few days.
pros...
- well there's a lot of pockets. i discovered a few even after a day of wearing it... most of them have a little slip of paper in them telling you what they recommend the space be used for.
- the material is very nice... medium heavy... blocks out the wind pretty well and water beads up on it (doesn't soak).
- it does NOT look very geeky at all... most people i talked to thought it was just a normal vest. mine is black though, so when i wear it with a blue shirt, sometimes i feel like i should be wearing a kevlar helmet or something.
cons....
the collar is a little too high at the area closest to the chin for my liking.... sometimes it gets in the way there.
some of the zippers are impeded by these little clothing tags. i guess you can just cut them off to no large detriment though.
overall, i'm impressed... high quality stuff, and it looks good
