Importing Soul Calibur 2 (GC)

I think I'm going to try importing Soul Calibur 2 but am pretty green to the importing scene. From what I've gathered, I'll need to either mod my Gamecube or get a Freeloader disc, and an extra memory card. Is this correct, or am I leaving something out? And is anyone else planning on doing this? Normally I'd just wait for a US release, but 5 months is a pretty long time (and by then I'll probably have an XBox and will get that version).

That's correct. Modding isn't that hard, but if you're too scared just get the import booter. You will need another memcard though.

So does anyone have any experience with www.videogamedepot.com or www.ncsx.com? They are the only places I've found to get this, are there any others?

I imported Macross VFX-2 for Playstation from NCSX.com a while back and all in all, it was a smooth experience for me. It took about a week and a half to get it from overseas, then from them to me, and they answered emails promptly. But I also remember their rating at resellerratings.com used to have more than one entry, and it was in the mid 6's so there's something funny going on there. 😕

that game sucks, it jsut doesn't flow like the first copy, I played the cgame cube version today
