importing Palm files to Pocket PC 2003?

My dad has had a Palm III for a few years now. I got him a new Ipaq with PC2003 for the OS. I need to take his address book, date book, and memos and transfer them to his new Pocket PC off his Palm.

Is there a simple way to do this? Thanks

Was you dad using the Palm desktop or was he using Outlook for his info?
