Importing Contacts from Thunderbird into Outlook

ok so how do i manage this, ive exported the Tbird addys every way i can and ive tried to import them into outlook and itll either just import the names with no email addys or it will give me an error when trying to import from an excel file saying the coloum/header info is not correct


anyone got a link or can just help me with this
