but I'll be nice. Apollo is Jason (of the argonauts) brother-in-law.

Jason married Circe yet another one of the complicated relationship of greek deities.

Jason was the nephew of Agamemnon and Agamemnon was the half-brother of Odysseus.

So, using the Greek familial relationships they're 2nd cousins.

Or... Odysseus's grandfather, Autolycus, was the son of Hermes, who is the brother of Apollo.

 
Don't listen to them, Apollo and Odysseyeus were really lovers, after Apollo became envious of Zeus and all of his human lovers.
