Important MSN Holiday Reward info

A lot of people are talking about whether all the MSN stores are participating or just the ones listed. Well, I made a purchase at OfficeMax and just recieved and email from MSN saying that my purchase qualified. I went to my rewards page, and sure enough, there is my 20% of my Palm purchase... So, take it for what you will, but it seems that OfficeMax is taking part in it at least, even though they aren't listed.

I just spoke with "Nicole" at MSN shopping and she said OM was "NOT" a participating store 🙁
But to check back since that may change during the promo. I wanted to order something at OM, but now may wait a few days.
Also in Feb. you'll be able to spend all your MSN dollars on one item! I thought msn would try and screw us over and only allow a certain percentage to be applied toward the purchase price, but it looks like that won't be true.

Do all of these qualify for the 20 %
You can make purchases using your MSN Wallet at these sites:

Blue Nile NORDSTROM.com

BoatersWorld.com OfficeMax.com

Campmor Oshmans.com

circuitcity.com RitzCamera.com

Diamond.com Shop.nick.com

DicksSportingGoods.com SmartBargains

EBgames.com Store.Palm.com

Fogdog.com TheSportsAuthority.com

Fossil.com Tweeter.com

Kmart.com WolfCamera.com

mpsuperstore.com WorldofWatches.com

Actually, "Nicole" is wrong. Look at this:

Heh, thanks. It's called "Plex". It's the new MS theme built into Longhorn...

...Nicole: Thank you Crazy, for contacting MSN Shopping. I am Nicole, your MSN Shopping Assistant.
Nicole: Thanks for your request.
Crazy: Hi Nicole
Nicole: Crazy, currently, Office Max is not a MSN Rewards Participating store.
___________

Stupid woman robot. I just may place my order at OM.

does anyone know if you buy something with the msn checkout..and you get a price adjustment over the phone that same day..will that affect the 20% rebate...thanks in advance

got a letter too:

12/3/2002 OfficeMax.com 155.99
Total transactions 155.99
Reward 31.20

Only problem is I cancelled the order the day after I made it. We'll see how long it takes for them to update their records.😉

Another verification:

Qualifying transactions
12/2/2002 OfficeMax.com 264.98
Total transactions 264.98
Reward 53.00

It's true. I just ordered my printer ink and got the email. Basically it's like saving 20% on the ink, when was the last time ink cartridges where on sale? Never it seems. Great deal.

Thanks MaximusH825 and no thanks to you "Nicole".

Is it true that you have to spend $50 for a Credit Card inorder to use your reward points? I saw some $50 fee in fine print.

Hey uy, the most you can get back is 100.00 right, for the whole program, or is it up to 100.00 per purchase?

I don't know where it said $50 minimum purchase. I think it's on any purchase of any value.

You can get up to $100 per account / $200 per housold...

If they're "NOT" doing this promo, then why did I just get confirmation of my MSN Rewards Dollars via email immediately after placing my order at www.officemax.com.....................................
(sorry, but i think you're statement was off the mark)

EASY there...the statement was made before Office Max was officially listed on the MSN rewards promotion page. I doubted everyone until I saw it listed on that page (call me a skeptic). It is now confirmed, so we can all be happy knowing that some good deals can come from this.

Sorry to ask but I didn't see it listed..... Are all the stores listed now the same stores we will be able to use our credit at come Feb? Or will there be SPECIFIC stores that we can use it at later???
thanks!
