Yup, Mark Russinovich has a read-only FAT32 driver (pretty sure it runs as a driver not a service) at Systems Internals. Hope that helps.

Thanks...but, there is a free version somewhere because I have tried it before.

I need to be able to access fat 32 hard drive and backup the data in it to the network server.

I see that velvetfreak has updated her message, most likely from pointing you to the full read-write version toward the free read-only version. I dont know whether you get a subscription email for updates, so this should have done the trick
