The 2GB Kingston Value RAM probably won't overclock much (memory makers leave the overclocking headroom for their Pro/Platinum/etc. lines...Kingston's high-end line is called HyperX).

Check the sticky in this forum: the first thread from the top by Zebo. It is a fine, fine read. "Quick and Dirty A64 Overclocking Guide"

Yup, read the guide, and then use mem dividers to keep your RAM speed close to 200MHz if it doesn't overclock all that well, then you should have no issues upping the CPU speed without affecting the RAM.
