Import Windows Server 2003 Software Raid5 to MythTV

My Media Server currently runs Windows Server 2003 and has a Promise FastTrack100 TX IDE Raid Card installed with 4 250GB HDD in a software Raid 5 Array. If I were to move this array over to a MythTV box is there anyway to import the array, seeing as MythTV supports software Raid 5 as well. I would love to do this non destructively if possible.
 
Definitely backup and restore. Far too many hoops to jump through to convert it to a linux software raid with a non-windows file system.
