Impoissible Challenge HDCP HDMI Silent Encoder?

I dare you guys to find a _silent_ graphics card that can go into the single PCI-E slot in my Shuttle XPC and which can;
1. Replace the crappy USB MPEG-2 encoder that records video from STB
2. Has HDMI / DVI HDCP output
Or maybe I'm just dreaming.
