When a friend of mine told me about Imesh at work I downloaded and installed on my PC.
After awhile I got a message saying that if I want to download stuff I have to pay a dollar.
So I did and now they start charing me 7 something dollars from my Paypal account.
There's no link anywhere on their web site to cancel it. I emailed them that I want to cancel it they told me I have to call. I never get a chance to call them since I work during the day and they close early.

So, learn from my mistake. Find out about how easy it is to cancel before you join any of these paid service. I have Yahoo unlimited also and they're so easy to cancel.

Actually it was my sister paypal. Since I don't have one I asked her if she could send them a dollar. Now they're starting charging her 7.95 a month.
There's no link on their site on how to cancel the service. I googled around on how to cancel it and I'm not the only one that has this problem. You have to email them if you want to cancel it but you have to call them. Why would they want to talk to me for. Most sites don't ask for that.
I have to ask my sister if there's a way if she can refuse the payment.

Why in the world would anyone use something like imesh??? You pay money so you can listen to music. From that point on, you are essentially held hostage -- stop paying the ransom and anything you've previously downloaded (and paid for!) will no longer be available to you. In other words, you must continue to pay forever or lose everything. Who the heck thinks that's a good idea?
