Imesh = spyware? is it any good?

i mesh has adware, which they admin in they're terms and conditions. basiclly in exchange for using the program for free, they are allowed to install GAIN (ithink) adware on your computer, which pops up messages, and can update it's ads too

not sure if there is way to get around it

shame really, as i find imesh really fast

is it better for vids or mp3.

which network does it use? its not based on kazaa is it?

hmm i not really sure what network it uses, but not kazaa

it seems to me there is less availible on imesh, but downloads are alot faster
