Anyone know how i can imbed a .WMV file directly onto a webpage where it doesnt boot them out of the page into Windows Media Player (or other player)?

I am sure that I would have to convert the .WMV video into some other format, but what is the best format (size/quality wise) that I can inbed with a player directly on the webpage? Thanks!
