IMAP Servers - Need Suggestions (updated)

I am looking for suggestions for a good IMAP mail server.
Here are the requirements I'm looking for

  1. Secure
  1. Free
  1. Stable
  1. Good Documentation
  1. Runs on some Flavor of Unix (Preferably OpenBSD)

I'm not worried about a GUI/Web interface or anything like that.

Thanks in advance

<edit>One solution I was thinking of trying is.
Qmail (SMTP) with Courier IMAP since they both support Maildir format which is said to
be more reliable than mbox. courier also supports OpenSSL for secure connections.

any thoughts?

I would recommend qmail. There is a SAMS publishing book out there for it now. Despite what the Open Source zealots think, it appears to be worth the hindrance of a crappy licence.

EDIT: And OpenBSD has an easy port of it /usr/ports/mail/qmail 🙂

<< Thanks n0cmonkey.. I did some reading on qmail.. looks like the way to go.

Exchange go bye bye now 😀

Just try not to mention it too much on the OpenBSD mailing lists... They dont seem to like that much...
