IMail 6: Help setting up Domain Processing Rules

I am using IPswitch's IMail 6. I have an email address where I want both incoming and out-going mail to a certain address plus the message's intended address. This is because we have a company email address the that everyone uses, like: info@yourcompany.com. And I it need to be sent also to a certain address plus to intended address so we can track what's going on.
