The local TV stations would be getting snow too. Since it rarely snows in JAX, I'd say that would be a problem. Also, not everyone is in range of local TV stations either. 😛

I'm pretty sure there is a terrestrial based infrastructure in place that would faciliate the distribution of said feeds. Problem is could they scramble it in time? Either way, people would be pissed!
