Images displaying issue.

My monitor is been(maybe monitor) displaying my images weirdly.
Look the images:

When painting in black(both photoshop and painter). Save image and zoom in. Look like my color arent render correctly in 32 bits.

Look at the airbrush how is not smooth:

So the question i am on is: Can my monitor affect the way I render images? I've been trying my monitor on others computer and it was doing the same thing. So I'm confuse. I can't solve the problem and is driving me nuts for a week now.... Anyone have a suggestion?

It does that whit images from the web also. All my drivers are up to date. The only test left to do is to try my monitor with a analog cable.

If anyone have a clue, I'll appreciate it.
