I have an odd problem that I haven't been able to solve.
Almost any image on my computer is displayed such that pixels are missing, making them look--for lack of a better analogy--like there is pepper sprinkled on them. And when I scroll with my mouse wheel, the pepper-pixels move around as I scroll.
Also, when I play 3D games, they run just fine, only the maps are all farked up ... they literally look like there are giant pointy shards everywhere ... walls extend too far, there are weird angles and extended textures that come off the maps. This only happens with newer games like Max Payne 2 and Ghost Recon ... not older ones like Half-Life.
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing both display and mouse drivers, and changing the video modes in-game, but to no avail. This only happened recently, seemingly out of nowhere. I can't think of any recently installed progarms that would have screwed this up. Please help! I have a GeForce2 Pro 64MB and a Logitech MX700.
