Image Size in photoshop

Hello,
In CS6 i open one photo, and then went to the Image Size , then unselected Resample Image,
Now I change document size, but don't change anything! Size and dimensions is the same.
Just change dpi.

I just tried this: http://www.picresize.com

After loading an image. I went down to #2 and selected Custom Size: 100x100.
