Image resizer website thingy?

There was a link a while ago for a website that took an image and turned it into a grid and reized it so it can be printed in a huge size. Does anybody know what it is? I can't seem to find it on google. Can anyone help?

There are power toys that rhyme with rasterbator but they're not on the microsoft website. 😛
