Image program to resize multiple images!?

I want to be able to resize multiple imags and lower their quality % aswell. It takes so long doing 50 images 1 by 1.
Is there any suck program?

NICE!!!!!! can't believe i didn't know about this, pure gold to me and it was fast! converted 99 pictures totalling 263mb each one 3072x2304 @99% quality to 600x450 in less than a minute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i just wish i could specify the quality as it chose 66% but this isn't a major issue
