Image info in WinXP

I used to be able to see the specs at what my digicam took pictures at by right clicking and going to advanced summary. I recently reformatted and now I can't see this info. What do I have to do to regain this capability? I think it's called EXIF or something. Thanks.

Not sure what this feature is called. When I point on the jpg file (no mouse click) it show me the Dimensions, Date Taken, Camera Model, Type and Size. With right click, then properties, then summary it gives more details.
I think it comes with the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer program.

Yeah that's the feature I'm talking about. The data about the jpg file isn't there anymore. It worked before I reformatted. Just trying to figure out why it's gone. I do have Windows Picture and Fax Viewer program installed.
