Image in Header and Footer

I received a word document with an image in the header and footer. I can't see the image I only see this {EMBED MSPhotoED.3}. Other people that I talk to can see the image fine.

HELP!!!!!!

Do something like Alt-F9 or Shift-F9, not too sure.
