Image funkyness

Dunno why I keep getting this. This is a fresh windows xp install. I tried diver ATI x800xl drivers, codecs and media players. Nothing works. What gives? I didn't have this problem on my last install.

It's a bad codec. Try the GK pack from www.doom9.org

Yeah this happens only when I play certain movies. Some are fine, other's not.

Radeon DXVA bug. Update to latest WMP10. If that doesn't work, disable DXVA (video acceleration)/reinstall Catalyst.
