Image Creation Process

Hello All, I am curious to know if your organizations have an image creation process from start to finish? Or a flowchart demonstrating this process? Does your org create base images and deploy them to the machines in your building? If so, who does them and what is the process? thanks for any information you are willing to share! kelly

Hi everyone, I know how to do it, just wondering what processing your organization uses to do it. Is there a tech group? Are other orgs involved in the process?

At my work, I do it. I bring in the support group, applications, and customer interface group to get it done. When new software is released, I process it, test it, throw it on the build. We have 4 builds, and about 18 different model computers, so HII was a necessity.
