Question iMac 21’5 late 2015 as a monitor for my pc

So I've been wondering if my pc with an APU could be connected to my iMac with Thunderbolt 2. I’m using a Ryzen 5 2400g and Asus prime b450m-a. So yeah which cable should I purchase?? https://www.amazon.es/AmazonBasics-...&sr=8-2-acs&keywords=hdmi+to+mini+displayport
Would that cable work if I plug it to HDMI male port on the motherboard and then plug the mini display port on the Thunderbolt 2 Mac port?

Nope, Target Display Mode is apple proprietary and only works with certain Mac systems running MacOS (it won't even work if you're using Windows through Bootcamp).
