Imac 2019 or stick with PC

Hello, I do think about buying an iMac 2019 for photo editing, but feeling bit of guilt as the device seems to be overpriced. I would use iMac mainly for photo editing. Why iMac: I really like the look of it and the screen is amazing. Also I am tempted to learn new OS. I am choosing between 27":
i5 8gen 512ssd 570x 4gb - 2600 USD,
i5 9th gen 512 ssd, 580x 8gb, 2900 USD and
i9 512 ssd., 580x 8gb - 3500 USD
I will upgrade ram myself to 40gb. Maybe i9 is the best choice as iMac is non-upgradable ? Do you think price is justifiable or should I stick with PC? My main concern is how reliable iMac is ? As I can't simply change broken parts like I am used to from pc. Thanks for your time.
 
Unless you have something specific in mind that a PC can not do why waste Money?

That said, some people have "Big Psychological" boost from "Looks".

If so, Why Not!
