so i bought 2 120mm apevia case fans and 2 80mm masscool case fans to replace the stock in my lian li

i used to get 30C core1 and 40C core 2, now theyre both 10C less!!

also vid. card is about 5C less aswell!, and the system temp dropped some too!

20 bucks for such a drop in temps! i was amazed!

system- 6600, asus p5w-dh deluxe, 250gb sata WD, 80gb IDE WD, 7800gtx

Hehe, thats what good airflow can do inside a case. Yeah good job on the rework. You might want to try to overclock that baby a tad bit higher now since u have more headroom

I haven't heard those brands being recommended before, but it sounds like you identified a problem that was affecting your cooling and solved it in a cost-effective manner. That's how I try to approach things too!!
