I'm worried that Sarah Palin's going to be our next President.

Sarah is cute and has a reality show. Obama used up his 15 minutes a long time ago. I have no difficulty believing that right this second she is more popular than him.
Of course, when it comes time to vote we will know for sure.

You're more than welcome to believe whatever you want. Scientific polls taken of American voters on the other hand, think that Obama cleans her clock and is quite a bit more popular than she is.

I hope she won't get President or we are all in trouble. I think she doesnt have a prayer in winning especially after "quitting" being the governor to Alaska.

I seem to have missed this same comment of yours following Pjabber's orgasm-of-irrelevancy media-fest. Can you please point me to the post number?

Mine are done in jest, her's are serious. Sorry you can't tell the difference.

Of course yours were in jest. But it's the underlying motivation that's at issue. You don't give rational, relevant, to-the-point responses to posts challenging your claims because you're UNABLE to. And your ego is so fragile that you see your evasions and diversions as being "clever" rather than as what they really are: desperate attempts to hide your inadequacies from yourself. Or maybe you're just a sociopath who - when painted into a corner - does his little song and dance to change the subject.

Awaiting your utterly predictable irrelevant response.

I seem to have missed any comment of yours which didn't make you out to be a bitter old liberal douchebag with an ax to grind. Can you please point me to the post number?

What about you?

It pisses me off to no end that the ideas of the Old Right are not popular enough for Sarah Palin to be defeated.

Sarah Palin is a modern liberal (what neocons are; they have their roots in FDR) and it pisses me off how she always puts the Middle East ahead of the U.S.

On the other hand it will be pure comedy gold.

Do you really think so?

Why is it that so many people here, like shira, can't cope with either reasoned discourse or humorous repartee and instead regularly go into varying forms of meltdown?

Serious pwnage, which I would welcome even if just for a break in routine, would seem to require a humorous or tongue in cheek rejoinder, at least similarly well thought out and, hopefully, grammatically correct. But we are offered none of this.

Never have and never will, it seems. Instead, the tiresome lefties have to resort to pointless and inevitably humorless diatribes.

I guess what I find most amusing, though not to the point that I will avoid goring their bull out of sympathy, is the completely humorless mien they inevitably present.

I visualize them as the latest version of Soviet apparatchiks, seeking, ever seeking their validation from other apparatchiks, but reviled and, yes, mocked for their obliviousness.

Not that they can do anything about it. :awe:

Things said in jest are suppose to be humorous not stupid. You fail.

I figure that about one in a couple hundred of your one liner posts offer some inadvertent and unintended humor.

I try to keep my own ratio to about one in five posts being deliberately humorous. But that is because I have a ribald and robust sense of humor, a natural advantage so to speak.

But thanks for being a critic anyway, it inspires me to do better!
