I'm wanting to O/C my new Albatron GF4 Ti 4200. What's a good core and mem speed that you use?

Core is 250 and mem is 500 by default. what's a good play to set them too? or what is yours set at?

i've got mine at 315/546. well, its a gainward 4200 golden sample, but basically, same ram. i'm using the coolbits registry overclocker and the max on the core is 315. dunno if it could go higher or not, but i'm happy with it. using 30.82 drivers i think. stable and good speeds.

What version Albatron 4200 do you have, standard, turbo?

Not sure. Standard I suppose.

beats the heck outta me. no idea what came w/ the card. however, i dont think i've ever installed a piece of software that has come with my hardware. latest drivers are always online and hardware utilities usually suck.

try out some different settings and test it out w/ 3dmark or an artifact tester and keep raising until you get distorted images or artifacts... or until ya smell smoke ;)

I have my Albatron 4200 Turbo clocked at 310/660... and not a problem to be had.

Abit 4200 w/ stock cooling, 310/625 w/ no problems. It can go 325/635, but I don't wanna shortern the lifespan TOO much ;)
