Are you talking about the "generic host process" that has the path "C:\windows\system32\svchost.exe"? That's the only thing close to "svchost.exe" that I can find on my system. Anyway, the way to unblock it (at least with the free version of Sygate) is to right-click on the Sygate icon in the system tray and click on "Applications" . Then you can scroll down till you see the application you want to unblock and put a checkmark in the box next to it. That will give it permission to access the internet. Even if Sygate Pro isn't indentical to this, it's probably quiet similar.
